Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, physically takes possession of the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, by email).

Returns

After notifying us, please return the product as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days, to:

The direct costs for returning the product are at your expense.

Refund

We will refund the purchase amount, including standard shipping costs, within 3 working days after we have received the returned product. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Legal Warranty

In addition to our return policy, as a consumer you are entitled to a 2-year statutory warranty on all products, in accordance with European Directive (2019/771) and its Dutch implementation. This means that products must be free of defects upon delivery and must comply with the agreement.
