Shipping Policy

Shipping within the Netherlands and the rest of Europe

All orders are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Delivery time

Within the Netherlands we aim to deliver orders within 1 to 3 working days after receipt of your payment, in the rest of Europe we aim for 3 to 5 working days. During busy periods, delivery times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email with track & trace information as soon as your package has been shipped.

Shipping abroad

We also ship abroad. You can find information about shipping costs and delivery times per country on the relevant country pages in our webshop.
